Nonprofit Development Programme

Bridgespan’s Nonprofit Development Programme (BNDP) is a cohort-based, virtual coaching programme designed to help senior leadership teams at NGOs and social enterprises in Africa strengthen their strategy, funding models and organisational leadership.
Bridgespan is launching the Funding Models module at the end of May 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). It spans 4 months, and organisations participate as leadership teams (5-7 team members, including the executive director/CEO). Cohorts include 10-12 organisations, all focusing on Funding Models.
The programme involves a mix of self-paced learning with the materials Bridgespan provides, organisation team summits, coaching sessions with two dedicated Bridgespan coaches, virtual cohort-wide events, and peer connection opportunities with other participating organisations.
